Templates are configured in Esper for new policies based on your department's configuration. To start a policy draft from a template:
- From the Workspace, navigate to the left-hand side bar and click Policy Project under your department name.
- From the Policy Project List View, click the Go to project hyperlink to the right of the policy name
- In the Policy Drafts box, click the + in the right corner of the box
- Select the Collection you are updating
- Select a Template Type from the Template or Upload dropdown
- Complete the remaining required fields
- Click Add
