Add a Policy Draft from an In-Progress Document

Users can upload a policy draft that was started outside Esper. To upload an in-progress policy draft: 

  • From the Workspace, navigate to the left-hand side bar and click Policy Job under your department name. 
  • From the Policy Job List View, click the View Details hyperlink to the right of the policy job’s name
  • From the Policy Job Overview page, click the + in the right corner of the Policy Drafts box
  • Select the Guide or Directive Type you wish to upload from the list
  • Select New from the New or Existing dropdown menu
  • Select Upload from the Template or Upload dropdown menu

Note: upload is the only option for Procedures

  • Drag and Drop or click Select from Computer to upload the file you wish

  • Complete the remaining required fields
