Document Editors, Date Pickers & Form Fields
Document Editors
Document editors are used for long form text entry and function a lot like Microsoft Word. You’ll find document editors throughout the Notice Wizard and in the ARM section for Redline edits.
The collaboration menu within the Document Editor allows users to keep track of various alterations, changes, and deletions within a document. From this menu users can also change their Track Changes settings as well as approve or reject the changes suggested by other users according to their roles and permissions.
- Co-editing Mode - select Real-time Co-editing to view and automatically save all changes. Strict Co-editing requires that users save changes in order to sync.
- To ensure a particular teammate is notified of your comment, simply type @ followed by their name.
- Add Comment - click Add Comment to write a comment where your cursor is in the document at any time or right click within the document and click add comment.
- Remove - use the Remove button to quickly remove current comments, your own comments, or all comments according to your role and permissions.
- Resolve - the Resolve button allows users to resolve current comments, their own comments, or all comments according to their role and permissions.
- Note: Resolved comments are not removed from the document, but are hidden. To fully clear a comment, use the “Remove” button.
- Track Changes - toggle Track Changes on/off according to your permissions. By default, track changes are turned off.
- Display Mode - users can decide how they would like to view the document by selecting a display mode.
- Markup and balloons - All changes
- Only markup - All changes, no balloons

Form Fields
Form fields are for shorter text entries. Form fields also include less formatting options, they only contain plain text and that text cannot be bulleted or numbered. You’ll find form fields throughout the Notice Wizard.
Date Pickers
Date pickers are used for all date fields. You can type in a date, or use the calendar to pick one.
