Leave a comment on the regulation text by highlighting a line of text and clicking the comment icon on the toolbar. To get a collaborator's attention use an @ mention for others working on the rulemaking
Collaborators can accept the change by clicking the green check mark in the comment in word editor. View the list of all comments in the document in the left sidebar by clicking the comment icon on the left. Clicking on the comment in the list takes you to the comment in the document. You can also reply to the comment in the list.
Below is another example of adding a comment. On the right, you can accept track changes using the the green check mark.
