Collaborators can send their colleagues manual reminders for In Progress tasks in Esper.
To send a manual reminder, navigate to the task side-panel, click the ... menu, select the Send Reminder button.
Reminders are logged as a system activity in the the Activity Log, without a user associated to the action.
Please note:
- Manual reminders cannot be sent for the same task within a 5 minute period
- If a user was already sent a manual reminder, users will see a prompt and need to confirm they want to send an additional reminder
