Users can publish policies directly to the Policy Library according to their roles and permissions.
Check policies / procedures to ensure all track changes are removed from final product:
- From a Policy Draft, click the …Menu in the right-hand corner
- Click View Information from the list
- Click the v icon next to Policy Draft Information
- Click the ✐ icon next to the field you wish to edit
- Enter the update in the corresponding field
- Click the Submit button
- Ensure all fields are completed properly
- Click the Publish Project button at the top right
- Click Publish
