Once a rulemaking has been submitted for review, the reviewer can take action on it, either Approve or Request Edits.
To request edits, click Edits Requested. There will be an option to include a note to the assignee. Click Edits Requested again in the popup to complete the action. Note: you are only able to request edits if you have the appropriate permissions.
