The Task side panel allows users to properly assign tasks to team members, change due dates of tasks, and leave a comment with tagging capabilities for collaborators. Users have the ability to navigate to the Rulemaking or view the associated rulemaking documents from the task panel.
Assigning a Task:
Adding a document to the task:
Click the +Add a Document button and click name of the document you want to add to the task.
Note: Rulemaking Drafts that are currently in the Rulemaking Package will be available to select. Click the x to close the pop up. Documents are clickable from the task panel. To remove a document:
Click Manage Documents under the listed document and hover over the name of the document you wish to remove. Click the x to the far right.
