Forms

Forms are used to communicate information from the agency submitting the review package to agencies receiving it.

If your agency is making use of Forms, you can find it on the "Project Overview" page when inside a project:

Once a review package is created, you can see the values entered into the Form by navigating to the "Review Package" page. This Form can be found under the "Submitting Project Information" section of your review package. This will be the same view that the agency receiving the review package will see.
